"I ordered custom made boxes. The boxes came in very good quality, just like the ones you find in stores. I ordered Matte laminated (smooth finish), like a 100 of them since bulk discounts applied. In truth, the boxes came out in the way I wanted if not better. The quality of the product is incredible and support/staff was very polite and quick to answer when I submitted any ticket. There were no problems with the shipment and everything arrived on time and well packaged. A small heads up is to know what you're working/dealing with, the printers print in CMYK and the product will obviously look a bit different from the computer screen. Always check and test before you submit your document and read whatever they need. Simple, if an unexperienced 18 year old can do it (me), then so can you if you read all instructions. I was sceptical at first, but judging by the finished product, I'm very satisfied. I might be biased since it's my first time, but the box kinda looks better than the boxes I see in the store. I'm just stating the facts here.The product arrived in Top-notch quality so I strongly recommend this company for custom made Boxes. "I recently ordered a custom game box, cards, card box, and booklet. There were a lot of different templates and files to submit and frankly, I was unsure what to expect. A short while later I received my order and the quality surpassed my expectations! The resolution and finish is amazing. The items look as good as, if not better, then any game I've seen on the shelves at a major retailer. Additionally, it was the only place I could find with no minimums and all the components I required. I've bugged customer service on numerous occasions and they were always quick to respond and super friendly, even offering to replace one of my items that had been creased and winkled during shipping, free of charge. "This company provides a really cool service, what I was most impressed with was the quality of the game and how it was packaged. Many of today's mass produced games have been reduced to flimsy cheap disposable materials, but the game I made with BGM will last a long time. Its a little pricey but that is expected for one off prototypes, again the quality was great! The website takes a little getting used to but once you learn the quirks it works ok. I really like that the designs are uploaded in image format, so folks that do not have designer tools can still convert hand drawings and camera pics. Highly recommend, just make sure you have others proof read within the website to catch typos and such. "
